A 4lb, +20 degree bag? Other than the price, what's so great about it?

No not yet. My girlfriend (AppleTree) will when we go camping. Perhaps I will get all my future sleeping bags through Downright. I like their line of sleeping bags!

4 lb, a little heavy for a sleeping bag or not?

I don't like it, but that doesn't mean anyone else doesn't like it.

I like my pack as light as possible, but that's me.

But I do think most of us like it to be lite.

Correct me if I'm wrong...

If you really loved her, you would get her a 1lb 12oz, +20 degree down bag from Western Mountaineering.

The line about being for "cabin or campground" was a dead giveaway that it is too heavy for backpacking. You need to start looking beyond price if you want to get serious about backpacking.
