"Today there is a wide measure of agreement, which on the physical side of science approaches almost unanimity, that the stream of knowledge is heading towards a nonmechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears as an accidental intruder into the realm of matter; we are beginning to suspect that we ought rather to hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter..." Sir James Jeans (physicist)

None of this means McDonald's is going to raise the price of cheeseburgers, does it?

This is just the current paradigm. Once we puny humans have some other thing to compare the universe to, we'll do that.

And McDonalds shoud move toward the in n out style.

A good read..
That statment agrees w everything I've read lately. Just finished a good read by Russell Targ, he used to run the Gov't's Remote Viewing program at the Stanford Research Inst., some pretty inteesting results which are now avail under freedom of info act. Everything is thought / non-local consciousness, the data exists to prove it according to many.

And whether they find intelligent life there or not, I still think Jupiter should be called an enemy planet.

Just think about it
I'm still waiting for signs of intelligent life on earth.

I'll second Jupiter as the enemy planet.

Y'all do realize that Jupiter sweeps many dangerous asteroids out of the solar system, right? If it hadn't, it's unlikely that life as we know it would exist on Earth today.

It does occaisionally perturb the orbit of non-earth-orbit-crossing asteroids, but I think it can be forgiven for that.

Forgiveness is for the weak. I say we launch an immediate nuclear pre-emptive strike.

It's unanimous then. Boys, grab your airguns. We're going to war.
