Sleeping outside without a tent!

“I really love to sleep outside WITHOUT a tent or tarp! Never in my entire life did I have so much fun!!! Try it sometime. Just make sure the bugs a minimal however!”

“I use just a bivy bag when the weather is looking good. Not one of those ones that have the poles and such, but a real simple one that is basically just a water proof bag cover. The stars at night, they shine so bright.....
Especially when your head is not covered by a tent.”

“I have done it up in Canada several times when the bugs are not to bad. The last time I was up there and sleeping outdoors, I had a mouse curl up in between my neck and cheek to keep warm.”
