“I love reality shows. Really, I do. But I can't watch them. Mostly because I'm afraid of what my wife will think about me. Seriously.

One of my favorites is "Blind Date". When my wife catches me watching that, she just gives me "that look".

Last night she said that she's going to stop watching TV, because she's sick of it. Maybe this will be a good thing, since her idea of "watching TV" is to sit in front of the idiot box and flip channels for three hours.

I agree Tango about the kinds of people on a lot of reality shows. My husband pointed out that we do watch that Chopper show where they make custom designed motorcycles. But that seems mostly normal, even when the father is yelling at his sons. They appear to have decent values, although the father seems to have had a rough history. But this is pretty tame compared to most of the other reality shows.”
