Sitting on my butt, hanging with my man, so I don't feel soooo bad for leaving him for 8 days next week, when I am on the Wonderland Trail. Though I will probably go hiking one of the days this weekend....it is pouring down rain today :-) Which we REALLY REALLY need. I am figuring I will go hike in the alpine of Chinook Pass......

Going to the Hoh, Olympics
Where Sarbar is supposed to go, but bailed. ; )

I was out there over Memorial weekend, but true to it's rainforestedness, it rained. A LOT! So much so that we didn't want to the hike the river trail as planned. So I am looking forward to to doing the river trail.

Anyone Hiking?
I'm starting a 3 day hike in the Ozarks in Arkansas. Weather is supposed to be awesome so I left work early, and I'm hitting the road in about an hour

BowlderMan:

Unfortunately, i have family friends coming in that weekend, so I probably won't be in Luzern.

Next time you are in Switzerland, I'll take you up on that beer offer, though I am sure I need to buy you one as well--who knows if ND can beat Stanford two years in a row.

Let me know if you want any hiking recommendations for that area...we've only been twice (hell, we've only been here for 6 weeks), but we've done two great hikes.

Safe travels.
