Actually, Angie & I went to Savage Falls for a quick overnighter to test a couple of new items (Mountain Crossings summer sleeping bags, new hiking shoes). A post on all of that I imagine soon. What time did you go? Who did you talk to? Nice pub, huh?”

“She's doing well. She is quitting one of her jobs now that the rehab office is busy. Fewer hours, more money, less commuting. Why not? We're getting ready for our tenth anniversary on the 16th of July. We're going to Rome for a week.

“Looks like I've missed some things.
HOI - It was perfect for a couple of months but it still bothers me again. My range of motion is somewhat decreased.”

“I'm in one of those darned if you do and danged if you don't situations - if I use trekking poles my shoulders give me heck and if I don't then my knees give me heck - fortunately my range of motion of my shoulders is not obviously affected at the moment - my knees however get to be very stiff when inflamed.”

When you get the time; I know you haven't had a chance to be online recently; But check out the Mammoth Cave Trip as a possiblity.
