“The idea of having a camp fire in the middle would be great. Make the interior very rustic so as to make it seem like you were out on the trail. Dark lighting so that folks would have to wear their headlamps. (Quit shining that damn thing in my eyes!) However, everyone would be responsible for LNT, so it would be much cleaner than most bar and grills.”
