Buddur, before I scrolled down to see who posted "he could outrun most cops", I just knew it was you!! Too frickin funny.

Runninggirl, yes I am sore. I took a personal business day to rest. I slept in, did the siding on the front gable of my our house, ran some erands and converted the propane system on our westfalia camper/bus then went grocery shoppping and took abby to the gym. It was a VERY enjoyable day for sure. I hope to start running again on the morrow...

“Capnbobo, I never felt the elusive endorphine rush (which is a bummer). I am naturally energetic(some say hyper,but whatever LOL) and to those who know me this will come as no surprise...I ran and talked with the same person for like 20miles. Poor Kim was prolly happy to see me slow down. I was very restless today.”
