Timothy Treadwell dies

He authored the book, "Amongst Grizzlies", which I thought was a fascinating read. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in bears, it gives really great insight into grizzly behavior.

Sad that he died, and by the very creature that he dedicated his life to helping. But doing what he did, there's no question he put himself at great risk. :-(”

But, he really loved what he was doing.. and he's helped further grizzly research because of what he did. I really admire him for that.”

“I saw the story on the NBC news earlier tonight. They showed some film of him interacting with bears over the years and then the campsite where they found the remains. The campsite looked all torn up and the tents collapsed.”
