Ok, from one knucklehead to another...if you find fault with the people here on TT and have no intention to ever meet any of us, then the solution is very simple...stop posting here. There have been many people that have come and gone since TT's inception. I could name endless persons who no longer post here, maybe they lurk, maybe they don't. If you look on Phil's photo page, you can see that there are way more listed, than actually participate. I've been on 2 years and have had my conflicts in the past and even in the present with people here, but...as was stated the degree of seperation between all of us is VERY narrow. In some way, we all are connected and, I for one am proud of that connection. It is NOT a secret society...its a group of very enthusiastic persons of some of the highest skill levels imaginable.

ohio hiker...if your not happy here, then leave, as so many before you have done. If you wish to make friends, than stay...cause thats what Matt set this board up for...a place for people to come together and communicate. None of has every argued over the virtures of the wilderness, but debate has spawned over such topics as religion, sports and politics.

Those 3 things are a waste of time (IMHO) for me...but, maybe not for others...thats cool. But what you have done is to insult an entire group. That is wrong and totally undeserved. You are the antigonist as you are the one in control of yourself. We, on the other hand have always been in a reactionary role to your original actions. So, again, if your not happy with the way you are treated, you have 2 options, and only 2 options...

#1. Stop acting in a way that causes negative reactions.
