OH, and what's with a cat puking, and then almost immediatly heading back to the foodbowl? Doesn't their stomach feel yucky still?

Cats puking.

Sometimes I can tell that my cat doesn't feel good because she cries pitifully before she tosses the cookies. Other times she just pukes and moves on. I wonder if it doesn't always feel bad...

Yeah, Pixie, my Renee does that pittiful cry. That's when I know to run for the paper towel and hope I catch her! LOL!

I think this thread is a little boring to Mr. Hyde because he has been puking (or at least trying to puke) on our bed for a long time. Thus, we simply keep a sheet on the bed on top of the quilt or comforter. Due to age, he will also sometimes poop a little on the bed, too - can't get up fast enough to make it downstairs. No problem. We just throw that sheet in the wash and put another one on. Problem solved.

Apparently Mr Hyde doesn't practice LNT.

w/ 4 cats (always indoors) and 3 dogs (usually indoors) there's plenty of puke to go around.

No sooner did I crack a couple of jokes about Mr. Hyde than he decides to puke and crap all over the place, including the bed, in the middle of the night. Off to the vet this morning....

Yep, one of my cats just puked on the dang table this morning. Now I need to wash the tablecloth, again.

Bowlder, can you keep another litter box nearby for him? Might cut down on all that sheet washing!

Luckily for me, there has not been any more puke in my house. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself!

The ol' guy's not doin' too well. I left him at the vet's. They're going to put him on an IV for at least a couple of days. Ironically, that works well with our planned trip for this weekend, since he has to stay there hooked up to the IV anyway. The doc thinks it may be kidney disease, but there are other possibilities, too. Send healing thoughts his way, please!!
