“Jan 26 thru 29...I'd like to do a weekend prior to the conference up in Red Rocks Canyon and then stay out for a longer time...anyone game to trek to coyote gulch or Mojave or Death Valley for a 5 day stretch at the end of Jan, first of Feb?

I;d like to toss out some ideas before I post a trip.”

“as it stands this moment. Fly out to Vegas on Friday Jan 23 @ 8:30. I'd like to get to a TH in the evening, and dissappear till sometime on Monday Jan 26, in time for happy hour at whatever hotel my conference will be held.

Then, sometime in the evening of Thursday Jan 29, once again, dissappear into Death Valley for 4 days, in time to get on my 10pm flight out of Vegas on Monday Feb 2.

Any TT'ers interested in helping to keep me safe and alive, would be more than welcome on this adventure.”

“And I am riding with bacpac to the Grand Canyon this fall. But... I have to meet Mutt for an offtrail hike first.
