Black Hills, ND. Road features several "pigtail" bridges (and tunnels). Pretend you're in a dogfight with the car ahead of you :)

#3 Seven Mile Bridge
Connects the Lower Keys with the Middle Keys, FL. Why drive it? Because it's the land route to the Conch Republic!”

#2 Flint River Headwaters, GA.
Where a big pipe comes out from under ATL airport. Lots of huge, loud planes passing low and lower. Not for the faint.

#3 South Fork, Big Creek, Lemhi Range, ID.
Two day stroll to it's headwaters in an Alpine bowl below the saddle to Sawmill Canyon. Iron Creek Point looms overhead at 10,000-plus feet. Unknown treasure.”
