You can check your rights by going to Start/Control Panel/User Accounts. If it is a local machine (not networked), the domain will be the machine name of your system. How are you attempting to install? Are you loading from CD? Did you download a program and are attempting to install from your local HD? If networked, are you trying to install from a network location? Are you clciking on a link from a web site when connected to the internet and selecting "Open" rather than "Save"?
