Passed the Bar Exam!

“Chips76, now that all that stuff is fresh in your mind, go take another bar exam, in a state that being licensed there might be useful. If you wait a year, you'll have to restudy all that stuff. I took bars in WA and ID, and then took one that is even much harder, the patent bar exam.

I decided in the first two hours of the bar exam that I'd never take it again if I failed. Something 'bout the whole business just angered me. I dunno if it was being shoved in a high school-type gym for 3 days with 1300 of my closest friends, or just the overall feeling of nervous energy coming from everyone around me...or having to write all my essay answers instead of typing on a computer. I've since reconsidered that decision, but I think its 50-50 I would have never taken again. At the very least, I woulda waited another year to take it.”
