In Search of the San Gabriel Big Horn

“The lastest study shows a major decline in the San Gabriel Big Horn Sheep population. A group of volunteers as well as the Department of Fish and Game are currently looking for the reason why. Below is a trip report as we combine a dayhike with our exploration of the area insearch of the Big Horn and possible predators like Mountain Lions, Bobcats and even Bears.
