It should hit tonight
They are saying that a very large storm will be hitting Memphis late tonight and early tommorrow morning. If it is anything like that last one we had I dont want to be here. We had 100 mph straight line winds and very heavy rain. Power around the city was out for more than 3 weeks. I am a little worried.

"they"=National Weather Service
...SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MEMPHIS TN 533 AM CST MON NOV 17 2003

I am always a little suspicious of the forecast when "they" is the weekend weather guy.

Last week he was the janitor, this weekend he is a meteoroligist.

Hell, the full time "weather guy" probably has a degree in something like political science.

It was perhaps the all caps that emboldened her. So what does she want from you? An airline tcket to the islands? I don't want to suggest anything specific, I have caused you enough trouble already.
