(nobody had cold beer, tho. now THAT was a hit!)


Anyhoo, I have this huge surplus of beverage. I had a sip of this, a sip of that. I'm feeling good. I drink some more. I'm feeling too good to eat, so I forego food for a while. Oops... too late. I'm drunk as a freaking football bat. I get sloppy as a soup sandwich. Ugh!

Next morning, I'm scratched and bruised.

My reputation takes a GIANT leap forward, I'm sure.

Poor Tara. I feel like I rained - nay! DELUGED! - on her parade...

“Hey, me too! I'm a substitute teacher / Student. This summer I will be without work, living in a trailer and living off student lone money. I plan to hike the John Muir Trail in July two to three weeks, not sure how long I will go:) Find a trail and you'll be happily unemployed!”

no work
so now I am looking for a job full time.”

It seems like when you don't HAVE to do something everyday, it is easiest to do nothing, which just makes you feel worthless. Don't fall into that trap, get up early every day, take a shower, put on clean clothes and makeup, and fix your hair. That helped me.”

“Yup, looking for work can be full time work. Like omahiker said, don't fall into the trap of doing nothing.

I think it's easier to find a job when you have a job, but it's not impossible when you're unemployed. I'm assuming you quit for a better reason than "I hate my job".”
