“It is easy, Tango. All it takes is a quick trip to Publix. I bought several pies last night. 8" Pumkin Pies were $3.00 each. I bought several plus a Lemon Meringue Pie as back-ups for Thanksgiving Dinner. I'm taking two daughters and a 3 year old granddaughter to this Senior Citizen Trailer Park's Thanksgiving Day dinner party. Wish you could join us. But I guess you'll be out treating your tenants.”

“Doesn't taste the same. Not spicy enough. I bought a frozen pumpkin pie a few months ago, I just had a taste for it. It was okay.

“Pumpkin pies are one of the easiest pies to make. I just stir everything together in a mixing, pour into an unbaked pie shell (publix brand flaky crusts are really good)and into the oven it goes for a while. The tricky thing I'm making today is a serious rum cake. I have to watch it with the rum though. My mom in law thinks alcohol is from the debbil. ;D”

Last year strange thing happen though. Same thing, over at friend house eating. Girlfriend friend ask One Inch Wang if want to lick spoon. I say yes, she give to me, I lick. Her eye get big, and she go to talk to girlfriend. One Inch Wang girlfriend no friend with her no more.

“It's snowing in southeast New York, and there's just enough on the ground to make everything look nice. It's been a great year for hiking -- from Montana to Massachusetts, from New York to North Carolina. There is much to be thankful for.

Hope the bird is plentiful and tasty this year and hope to see y'all out on the trail sometime soon.

“Woo, we all ate too much and it looks like the 10 of us barely made a dent in the food. The only thing showing significant damage is the remnant of pumpkin pie.My mother in law cooked what was a 24 pound turkey before cooking; rather than carry the whole thing over she cut it up and sent over to our house in chunks. I think there's still about half a turkey at her house! Mom's friend Carol brought a squash, apple and caramelized onion casserole that is to die for. The hot buttered rum cake I made is best eaten in very small amounts. The rum in it didn't cook out like I thought, it all stayed locked in. 1/2 cup dark rum in the batter, 1/2 cup white rum in the glaze.”
