Bink's Outdoors is OPEN

“I stopped by bbinkley's store today. Just happened to be in the area and thought I'd drop in. He's still got boxes of stuff in the floor cause he's still working on getting hangers hung on the wall. It's got a nice Hardwood floor. I wound up spending over $100. Got a Sil tarp and a sil pack cover plus a few other things.
If I would have had my digital camera I would have taken some pictures and posted them.
He's located on the Square in Murfreesboro, TN.

“Thanks everyone! It has been a long hard road to get open. I have felt super guilty about the customer servoce I've had here lately. Not the best due to moving and being without internet. (Buddur, sorry for the late shipment!)

Things are getting on track now as far as catching up with orders and opening the store. Also, with the new product lines that we picked up, I have lot of stuff to add to the site as well. Things are definitly shaping up. Thanks for all the support everyone.

“I remember back in the day when Binks was just another hiker dude. He used to hike all the trails that didn't get hyped just cause they were there. If it rained, well that was cool cause it was all good.

Now things have changed. Binks only hikes the trails that get press cause it all about "marketing Binks as a brand." Whatever. If it rains he bails cause if his Gucci backpack gets wet the tags might fall off. Heck on the last hike with him he brought a sherpa to open his beers and prepare his Enertia dinner. You should has seen the fit he had when some of our crew rented the cabin that Binks wanted. He was all "I'm Binks the superstar backpacking businessman. That cabin is mine beyatch!"

It just sad how a cool guy like Binks can go from being a soul hiker to a tool of the Man and being all about the benjamins.
