Actually, Nigal, I lived in a little cottage down by a lakeshore back then and drove a '70 Dodge Polara 4-door until I totaled it on a deer. Later, in the U.P., I lived in a little cabin down by the river...but that's another story.

Have fun with the holiday party MMers, I'll be running back and forth to the U.P. for various festivities, but won't hit the L.P. until sometime the second week of January when I'll be in A-Squared for a couple days. I'll let Tarabull, SG, or someone in the Detroit vicinity know if I can swing a get-together.”

“Ivygal, it was quite a show -- had to minimize the fireworks element to avoid torching the gymnasium stage curtains, and Gene put the blood on hold, but quite a scene for a H.S. Not to mention the parade through town. Caberfae still have X-C ski trails? Used to be the only one on them some days back in the early times of the sport.

“pekka..yep, caberfae still has their x-c trails. I've never used them though. I'm still in the "rental" stage of that activity and have used the trails at the cadillac pathways...closer to home for this newbie.”

Holiday Party
Greenfield Village
Drinks at Wolfeyes' favorite hangout
Tete a Tete with Smiley Girl (hey, bring the new boyfriend to SL and we can have dinner??)
Possible New Year's Eve hike?
At least one afternoon playing in the snow (weather permittng)
Strip club hopping with laqtis
Baking all of the Christmas Cookies for dhutch

I'm game for either Monday or Tuesday (or Sunday night if GV is planned for Monday) for dinner in SL. Last time I was there, I went cause a boy I liked was gonna be there. lol”

“There's lots of boys there Tara. Just not all the kind you'd want to make eye contact with. Most people in this town are very friendly still.
