I'm suffering from sleep deprivation today - 3 hours sleep on a 12 hour drive and in to work by 8 sux out loud.”

i'll tell you guys my magical cold cure! the juice of 1 lemon and a spoonful of honey in a glass filled the rest of the way up with boiled water (drink several times a day); also i swallow whole cloves of garlic and pieces of ginger; and vitamin C capsules several times a day. you're welcome!”

“Got a humidifier on at home? I get dry and scratchy every winter if I don't have mine running. The furnace humidifier isn't enough - I keep another portable humidifier in my room. Makes a BIG difference.”

my son was home with a cold. I did feel like crap Fri driving to PA but thought it was the allitude change. but now it just hurts.”
