See, I wasn't , can't even say it. Besides, I know what our weatherman and weather.com told us. We were pissed because we almost got a room on mountain, and didn't, on account of their predictions of 2"-4" of snow.

Thanx for the primer on how the towns bill each other, I wasn't aware of it. I knew that if a town had a big fire, neighboring towns would help out or man the firehouse, but I didn't realize they billed each other for it.

Edward and William Kenney of Washington D.C. and Michael Brady of Flushing New York were taken to a Maine hospital to be checked for hypothermia Sunday.

New Hampshire Fish and Game Officer Eric Hannett said the trio headed into the Notch Saturday morning, with two of them wearing telemark skis and the third wearing downhill skis.

They got lost and spent the night outdoors before following the slope downhill. Hannett said Maine wardens using a helicopter located the trio, who met up with rescuers in Bethel."

I came home after hours of searching for a hunter once(successful by the way) and watched the local news. They had a report of a SAR operation that I wasn't aware of, that I had no idea was going on. I asked my wife what it was about and she said they had been talking about it the last couple of hours.

I called dispatch to see what was happening... the gal chuckled and said, "Oh, you saw the news did you"

It was the same search I just got home from.”
