My sore throat wasn't from the sniffles. The Doc said it was acid reflux during the night. I cut out the late night snacks and raised the head of my bed up about an inch. Helped greatly!”

My daughter has a bad sore throat too, poor little thing. I wish she wouldn't wake me in the middle of the night to help her with it though, lol...”

“My wife just called and my daughter has strep throat.

I'm not sure I should go this weekend and risk infecting you guys. Plus, I'm feeling worse as the day goes on.

I'll post later tonight as to whether or not I think I'm going to make it.

“Actually, maybe this is really bad timing or something, but I think I've got the flu....I came down with something last night, skipped work today and have been in bed all day long. I was just getting up to go get some nyquil and soup and thought I should post and tell you guys that I have about a snowballs chance in hell of being there tommorrow (I am already packed and everything, so If i make recovery it is still doable).
