“For the record, my information is about a week old. Hopefully he is still okay. nowslimmer and I have had our problems, but we've also had some good discussions, both on and off line. I pray that he's still doing well. I've never met the man, but I do love him. He's an inspiration to many.

Sassafras, as was said several times, the last I heard is he was having computer problems. As was said before, that was about a week and a half ago now. His situation may have changed. I am as concerned as any of you. I would encourage you to email his daughter (which I believe you indicated you have) and ask her. That would be your best bet at this point. If you do, and hear back, please let us know what you find out, as I'm sure you will.

I have heard from a very reliable source that he has computer problems at home. I have no information about the senior cafe. You could possibly call the senior cafe and ask both about the computer(s) there, and maybe even about him. I have also heard from a very reliable source that he's okay. But, again, that was about a week and a half ago. His situation may have changed, God forbid.
