No, it's an overgeneralization. But in this case it's hardly an overgeneralization, as the poll I posted above shows. Now, if I was to say "Arabs are inferior to whites" - that would be racism. If I said Arabics are unable to be productive, peaceful people by virtue of simply being Arabic - that would be racism. If I said Muslims cannot find a message of peace and goodwill from the Koran - that would be racism. If I said an Arab U.S. marine couldn't be our staunchest and most patriotic soldier, then that would be racist. An epiteth would be racist.

This is not what I'm saying, despite what you claim in your personal racist smear. I'm saying that it's *smart* to recognize the extent of your enemy, and to keep potential sympathizers out of the armed forces. People keep insisting there's the silent moderate Muslim majority that's out there somewhere, but I'll be damned if I can see them through the "99% hate America" statistic. All of our terrorism problems are rooted in Arabia. They are the enemy. For our national survival, we should treat them as such.

Now consider this: I see the internment of the Japanese during WWII as extremely unfortunate, but VERY WISE at the time. I beleive we could use a little more common sense like that right now. Obviously, internment is not helpful or desirable in any way in this day and age. But, that doesn't mean that we shouldn't profile Arabs. To hell with PC. If you want to survive a war, you have to dispense of these feel-good, socio-emotional, metrosexual, impractical, naive WASTES OF TIME.”
