Scrolling Marquee Code Help?

“the HTML for making a scrolling marquee? I know I saw it on here llong ago but now Its buried under layers of the HTML test thread!
Looking for it there would be worse than searching for it in the Interdimensional Vortex otherwise know as my purse!”
