Well the day has finally come. Today the "Wounded left Knee" got a taste of its own medicine.

Woke up around 8 to get on the road and figure out what hosipital entrance to use. I was not paying attention when they told me where to go so I thought it would actually take a lot longer than it actually did. Found the right part of hospital on the first try, so we were a bit early.

Signed in and got seated in one of the outpatient rooms. A nurse entered and started in on the questions. When did you loose your virginity, how do you feel about sex with farm animals...

OOPS, still a bit messed up from the anesthesitha (sorry spelled that the best I could)

Anyway, with questions answered i got to change into the hospital gown. If anyone reads this, please take the following advice. Make sure you zipper, snap, tie, or button your cover all the way up before leaving the head. If this is not completed and you exit, it may fall off of you on the way out, which it did, partially. I recovered well and showed off only a little ass.

Well, carring on, I got a ride down to the room the procediure would take place and got to wait. Then the lights went off. Not the power, but my lights.

I woke up sometime later, no idea how much later. With the knee wrapped up tight I got a ride back up to recovery to get my real clothes on.

Now as I type, I feel no pain, just a little upset tummy...excuse me while I throw up.

Recovery time looks good, should be walking normal by Monday. Looks like I will be able to show a bunch of you my 3 scars in the middle of January, somewhere in Tennessee.

Savage Gulf here I come.

Sorry, no pictures to post.

Gave you morphine-based drugs, huh? There's better stuff out there now that won't make you puke. Hope you feel better. Hope the knee heals correctly. I don't know what they did to you, but my uncle had knee surgery over a month ago and his knee still oozes gravy (clear stuff) but the docs told him thats a good thing...

Sounds like it went pretty smooth, good luck with the recovery - don't push it.

Look forward to seeing you at the Gulf in Jan - the cold should be good for the recovering knee!

The doctor gave me some good stuff for the pain except I have not had to use it yet, no pain.

Thanks everybody!

Bit - I did but the dog drank it up, shucks!

Tree - just a scope to scrape away damaged cartilage and drain the gravy.

I still think you should have a spigot installed so you can always have gravy with your potatoes...

Get well soon!
