I helped out a starving family
This is the most fantastic thing i have done in a long time. I was feeling very blue, when i had heard about the refugee problem in Israel, and the poverty so bad, families are starving. So I donated money to a family with 2 chldren in Israel. I am so blessed to have been able to do that. Later I will send the children toys, and some hebrew books. It made me feel wonderful.
As if that wasnt enough, I won the door prize at the shabbot service on the first night of Hanukkah, it was a huge gold basket filled with those chocolate coins that the jewish children get at chrstmas, topped with balloons. But I turned around and asked the Rabbi, who here has the most children in their family. I was introduced to a lovely family with 5 kids, I handed it to them. Oh, they were so happy. And, my act of kindness was repayed, a man found the lost holder to one of my Menorah candles. Oh I was truly blessed.
By giving the candy to a family that could use it, I continued my weight loss of 61 lbs so far, plus i realized what a big heart I really have. I am truly a good person, and I have made some remarkable changes in my life.

I truly hope you all have such a wonderful holiday, regardless of your faith , race, or creed.

Thanks Chile
Did i mention I am up to walking 5.5 miles now every day?

I am not really a troll. I have always loved the outdoors.

Also, have been going thru a lot of personal changes, and realizing what a really great heart I have.

My family has been thru a lot of losses this year, several deaths, and it is an incredibly blue holiday season for me. I am goinging my sister at the coast because she can't bear having a celebration without her 22 year old son who passed away suddenlty last spring.

Yes, It is incredibly hard.

But, I am working on myself, and getting so strong! What i have done to myself to improve my own health is incredible alone!

And, after Christmas, I will be at REI buying hiking boots 3 sizes smaller than before. And, i've had to donate too big clothes to the Salvation Army. They are like wayyyyyyyyyy too big on me now, like i'm 5 sizes smaller now.

Yes this is a true story very true
I had met a lovely, good hearted doctor from Israel, and yes he is for real. I 've known him for a while now......and I have his work address phone number and home address,,,,,,and he put me in touch with an official charitable organization in Israel,,,,,and I was able to help this family. It is all proper and such. It gave me the most incredable joy, i cried tears.

Since when cannot the Jewish culture take care of their own? They are one of the richest cultures and so you really should have taken care of a family down your own street.

If you really would like to do something nice, don't post here on Trail Talk anymore. You are unnerving and Christmas time is not the time to be walking out of your asylum. It's icy out there and you could fall on the mask you wear.

Santas Helper, Happy Holidays. Congratulations on your weight loss and good luck keeping it off. I've lost about 80 lbs over the last couple of years and it sure does feel great.

I commend your generosity and holiday spirit. We really are more blessed when we give than when we receive.

Thanks for being kind to me Texasdon. I learned a long time ago, make friends with pleasant people like you, and ignore the rest. We are on this earth for a short time, why place yourself in with people who do not like you.

Thanks again!

Oh and folks, I do give to charities in the US too. I gave to toys for tots, the salvation army, etc. Also, I am working on a quilt block for an applique quilt for the Breast Cancer Research auction that occurs every 3 years. This year they made nearly $1 million, isn't that wonderful?

And, also I know where I am wanted and not wanted. Abuse is not something I'll tollerate. I come here for the nice folks which include Texasdon, Mapleleaf, Chili, Dub, Buddur, Coop, and many more.
