If you go above where you should be you pay to attend, so she was very close to being over, so she took off every piece of jewlery, and wore the lightest clothes she had, and just made it so she didn't have to pay. One day I was out and it got cold, so I went to Old Navy for a long sleeved shirt. I had never shopped there before. They had shirts that were so thin they were transparent. I eat at least 3-4 veggies/fruits a day (before I started WW I was lucky to get one in, but I'm shooting for 5), ate fast food a lot, and snacked out of the vending machine quite often. I've even cut way back on the diet coke, but I'm not quite ready to give that up yet. Maybe in a few months. I was always hungry and cranky and obsessing over food. I started eating healthily instead. I've eaten a good breakfast each day, made sure my meals were balanced, etc. I've also been working out pretty regularly, doing weight training. So I think I've lost fat and gained muscle. Yay! I actually had 4 wisdom teeth pulled last thursday and its been a most unenjoyable experience. I have broken at least 5 bones (including a 3-4 inch skull fracture) countless stitches been zapped by over 500 volts and by far this whole wisdom tooth thing has been the worst,literally. About a month later I kept feeling something where one of the wisdom tooth had been. I kept moving it around and eventually I removed part of the root that had been left behind. I imagine its weird when it does happen.” 4:58:59 AM 10/20/04 “Lost 2.4 lbs on the Weight Watchers Core Plan. I was suprised I've lost that much. Hope to keep the loss steady around 1 lb/week. I've been eating core foods almost exclusively. However, I have a feeling in my stomach that I'm hungry all the time. I jsut finished off a cheese stick (not core because its not fat free), the remainder of my chicken/veggie stir fry with brown rice, and some pumpkin seeds (also not core). My stomach is either about to growl, or my poor stomach is just getting used to the fiber. The WW leader thought I might not be getting enough protein, and perhaps enough fat. And I really felt like the 6 pounds I lost didn't mean anything. I didn't get smaller (clothes fitting looser.) I'm not sure it was the plan for me. (Not saying it isn't for you.) There's a place called "curves" for women only... that's opening in my office bldg. If it's not too expensive, I might try it out... but the downfall is that Thinkbubelz wouldn't be able to join me.... When I had my 4 wisdom teeth cracked then pulled, I wasn't totally numb and I ended up with 4 dry sockets ( no clot, just exposed nerves and bone) because the nurses gave me bad instructions. Vicodin is a godsend. So is this red colored phenol based liquid I picked up at the drugstore. It was phenol-based, and one little squirt of that with an oral syringe in each gap kept me numb most of the day. I get percoset for pain, and valium for TMJ (jaw problem). I have been working so hard at getting 5 veggies/friuts in a day, I've been scrimping on the meat, I think. Some things like whole grain cereals, brown rice, pasta, and potatoes are limited to one serving per day. I guess people were abusing the "eat until you're satisfied" on those items.
