“Hi Guys, just thought I would check in to let everyone know I am still alive. I finally got the duct tape loose yesterday so I was able to get out the house and go see Wolfeyes. We went out to eat at her local hangout and had a few beers. Then we headed over to Moosejaw to check out there stuff and then on to REI where dhutch meet up with us. The only reason dhutch showed up is because I kept calling her and teasing her with where we were going. That made her get off TT and do some work ;)
We went back to Wolfeyes place and watched comedy DVD and had a few more beers.
Then dhutch and I went to Tara's house where had a beer and went out to eat and had another beer.
We sat and helped Tara with her packing and modeling of her gear she is taking.
After that I followed dhutch back to her house. I am slowly getting to know my way around but if someone wouldn't keep me tied up all night it would be easier to get out ;).

what accent you guys are the ones that talk funny :)

well I had better go for now have to get ready for the bping trip tonight. I hopefully will talk to you all on Friday or Sat.

“It's hard to post pictures with the one finger not incapacitated by being bound to a bedpost. But I'll tryyyyyy for Sunday. Oooooh, it hurts soooo goood.”

“I was walking along talking to Le Subtil and out of the corner of my eye I saw Shanedoggy take off to the right. About that time I felt myself falling forward. The weight of my pack (carrying dhutch's
tent since she was carrying 2 bottles of champagne) ground my forehead into the ice as I slid a few feet. Blood was gushing from my head and it was hard at first to determine where the blood was coming from. I was sopping the blood up with a bandana the forehead started to swell. I knew it was ugly when dutch came over for a look and turned away quickly. I thought oh great the eys is all screwed up as the blood had made my vision blurry.
Once I was determined fit we hiked the remaining 3/4 mile to camp. I managed to remain relaxed with all of the alcohol. Dhutch promised to stay up with me allnight to make sure I didn't go into a coma but we all fell asleep around 1:00 AM.
I didn't wake up the next day and this is my ghost haunting the Mich TT'ers.

“Damn, Ewker...RIP, man. I was SURE you were gonna tell me that you falling had nothing to do with your eye injury and that a bear bit you while sleeping under a tarp. Now, that I would have beleived and you would have been my hero, idol, God. But since you just fell, guess my hunt for a God is still on.”

“Just wanted to let the Mich TT'ers know I made it back safe and sound. I hit snow right before the Ohio border. I drove in it all the way past Bowling Green, Ohio. Have figured out that Ohio drivers cannot drive at all. The snow finally changed to freezing rain then rain. It rained all the way home.

Remember the old saying "There's no place like home" Well it isn't true in my case.

I hope to have all of the pictures up sometime tomorrow.
