I guess that's why all the new observatories are being built in
Africa,Central and South America.
I wuz looking at an S&T article about Marlon Zambrana. The only known amateur astronomer in Nicaragua! Sometimes I debate the
pro's of just haveing a good pair of binos on a monopod!
