Guys, remember that you are only allowed two tents per site...

Actually, not sure about that. I thought I remembered them saying only two tents, but i can't find it printed anywhere. I will call them up...

I think it said 3.

The details for my site says the a maximum number of 2 cars are allowed on the site. 6 people maximum. Says nothing about tents. I would guess 3 or 4.

I guess you are right, Knee! I don't know why I thought that...

I guess I was right after all. I just called and they said two tents per site. I guess I must have heard that verbally when I first set this up. So, let's keep that in mind...

6 people per site, so technically we could each have our own tent so that would 6 tents...?
Also I doubt the park authorities will be doing tent checks for head counts... ????
Besides, we will get booted out for public drunkeness, WAAAAAY before Tent, People and Car counts....haha
2 Cars per site may be an issue?
Is there a general parking lot to park in overnight?....
Once I unload my truck, I wont need it, so I can park it anywhere....

WK
YES! I'm with you brother!
WK, Chili, Scorchy, and I, we would still have room for,
Tom T a.k.a. Marky Mark-O or will he be Steve-O from Jackass by then?
and one more person ???

Snafu. I don't know that for sure. This is going to be a great weekend. It may not be a good idea (nor do i think you will have room for) to put up that many tents on a site. The sites are cheap enough that we really don't need to pack in as if we were trying to save on a few hotel rooms...

"Pennsy will be drunk and passed out, I could just hijack his site."
chili36

How the heck did I get this rep? LOL! I've been known to take a nip or 2 but I've never passed out on a TT trip. yet.

Anyone is welcome to share my site. I probably won't be in the cg much anyway. There's lots of waterfalls and gorges to explore up that way.

Scorchy was in my hood? Did you lose a bet or something?
Pennsy

True, Penns. There is a lot to do and see there. I intend to see as much as I can...

Pennsy,
We going to do a ReCon mission (Day Hike) in the Spring?
The Falls should be cranking then with spring run off....

Pennsy,
I only live about an hour away from Ithaca.

I think at this point we have enough sites for people staying. If more people decide to join the trip, and why wouldn't they, we may need to reserve more.

Again, I can't wait for July!

Yepper Scorchy..... you were right up the road a piece from me. And you never called.

Oh no, I have to pick a color? Is this like a Monty Python and the Holy Grail thing:

WHAT is your favorite color?
RED. No, BLUE! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
Pennsy
5:34:23 PM

A couple reds, a few shots of tequila and we should be up most of the night.

Speaking of color, I hope Chili is aware that neon yellow Waldies are banned in the State of New York.

turning off the silly font for just one post...

Snafu - I definately will go up one weekend this spring. If you want to dayhike with me that will be great, but I also want to stay a night in the campground to check that out as well. Ithaca is only 171 miles from here.
