However, I've seen (no, I'm not going to search thru and resurrect the ones that made the archives) ones that are just degenerations of threads with a lot of potential. And yes, there is the ignore button. However, with the tendency to quote what one finds funny or imflamatory, or desires to dissect, it does little good in masking the comments from one you don't want to read. I put a couple people on ignore here when the feature was first introduced, and ended up taking them off because I still saw the comments from them I didn't want to see.
