Kelty Zen

“I went to Kelty's website today to get some information on the Kelty Zen I have. I scanned there site and there was nothing about it. I called Kelty and they have discontinued that tent. That suprised me since that was one of there better selling tents.
They have redesigned most of there tents for 2004. Look for lots of good deals of the ones they are doing away with.”

“I think they sale it under a new name. I can't recall the name, but think I read that on TT a while back.”

“Look for a lot of them to show up on Sierra Trading Post.”

“A buddy of mine bought one for about $50 recently. I don't know where he got it, but it was online.”

“dayhiker, they didn't change its name. The replacement tent for it is smaller and lighter. It also comes in a one or two person tent. The Zen didn't.”

“What does the Zen weigh?”

“Gotcha.”

“Stove, the one I have weighs in at 5 lbs 6 ozs give or take. I have the 1999 or 2000 model, not sure which.”

“I have one I bought in 1998. It's listed weight is 4 lbs. 3 oz., floor dimensions are 90" x 59", peak height is 46", floor area is 30.2 sq. ft., vestibule area is 6.6 sq. ft.
