Yesterday I had an afternoon from 1 p.m. to 9 freaking p.m. full of:
1. A bridge photo
2. Climbing up a hill to a goat prairie for a photo to promo a conference on prairies - all in the snow! (we haven't seen snow since, umm, December sometime??)
3. Interview for that story
4. Photo of a check presentation at Assisted Living
(*** Had 2 hours to run to Rochester, eat, get a book on canoeing in SE MN and get back for......)
5. Meeting on the Bucksnort bridge (and more photos)
6. 2-hour School Board meeting.

Home at 9:50 p.m. ALL ON 1-INCH OF NEW SNOW -- (but there was ***NO*** snow warning. LMFAO!)

Been busy Stovey. Had to do an interview today and eat cheesecake made of Girl Scouts shortbread and thin mints. LOL, sometimes my job doesn't suck!

“As I said on the thread about the snow/storm warning in Tennessee: Peole don't put snow tires on cars any more. Where do you guys come up with this??? Snow tires as a separate entity went out some years ago. I don't know anyone who puts on snow tires. I guess radials are just that good, or our Midwest winters aren't that bad any more.”
