A long time ago one winter I had a case of beer in the car and most of the bottles froze. So I brought the case into work and hid it so it'd thaw. When I picked out one of the beers that didn't freeze I accidentially bumped it and must've released some pressure because it started freezing right before my eyes. I called to a couple of workers to come over and watch...and as I held the bottle upside down, feather-like ice crystals grew up from the cap area and slowly overtook the whole inside of the bottle. It is one of the coolest things I've seen, imo.”

“Well, I was sticking to "Newcastle", but the above apricot suggestion reminded me of my old favorite "Magic Hat #9" which has a hint of apricot, and "Blue Moon" a Belgian wheat beer,is particularly good too esp on tap”
