New Pack ?'s

“looking to maybe getting a new pack this spring or sooner...looking for something that isnt outrageous in price, has enough storage for maybe a week long trip...but not much more....

Anyone had any good experiences with one they would recommend?”

“Pack size based on length of time is hard to determine. For example, I can take a week long trip in a 3300ci pack in the warm Alabama winters. The volume relies so much upon the gear you have, the ideal way to select a pack is to take everything you want to carry to a local outfitter, fill up some packs, and get the one that holds everything the best. If you cannot do that, then perhaps you have a rough guestimate for you pack size?”
