PA Trip Soon?

I hear they may extend the Pinchot Trail down Painter and up Panther creeks.”

“Jmitch, I had a feeling they would get around to doing that. Some old logging roads already exist so it would be easy for an extension to be added.”

“I haven't read all the posts here, but I'd like to say try not to miss some of the charcoal flats along the way, esp. as you get closer to Greenwood Furnace SP ...then you can read about them at the museum there after the trip if you wish.

“The new section of the mid state is awesome, thinking about a trip in june or july. a great swimming hole trip with deep pools, waterfalls, great views, big rocks. no bridge across stony fork, so bring sandals. anyone interested?”

“I am counting the days for the Quehanna trip. I can now bend the right knee 100 degrees. Rehab will soon be over and I will start on my new strength program.”
