Shining Rock Wilderness... Ticks?

Shining Rock Wilderness in mid-
April? Is there incedence of Lyme
disease among the residents of
that area? A close relative suffers
from the disease... took 2 1/2
years to diagnose.”

“prolly a little cool stil in April for the ticks to come out. I havn't heard much about Lyme disease in this area, but I'm sure it's around. Always a good idea to self-inspect every night.”
