“Sounds like a fun trip, I'd love to see the migration. It's a little too far ahead to say yes, but if all goes well I'll be there.

The only problem that I might see is the date...TC3 was held around that time last year so I would presume TC4 will be around that time.

Also, if I don't graduate in June I will be graduating at the end of October.”

“To avoid confusion, rumors, etc., I believe that they are going to release all the information from the titanium chef website when they have all the information. At this point I'd think that they haven't secured a permit yet, etc.

Having it again in October is just my assumption. It was moved from Dec to Oct to avoid cold weather, but for all I know they could have it in Sept next year. I don't know. We'll just have to wait until the planners are ready to release the information.

“the touristy trails are, yes, but not so much the AT... that i would think.”

“don't know, haven't been on that part of the AT during peak season”

“lol i don't know what route we're doing. i was thinking we could do an overnighter sat to sun on the PA AT and then on sun afternoon chill out with the hawks at the main lookouts which is only a mile long hike from the visitor's center.”

“Hey guys..please take note: other than the lookouts @ Hawk Mt., the Pinnacle, Knife's Edge or the few other vistas on that particular ridge, you will not be able to adequately view the hawks, no matter what the season may be. You will definitely not see many hawks directly from the AT unless you are at the vistas listed above. Hope this helps.”

“the Hamburg/Kempton area maybe pro bush/war. I was kinda saying that. I think the SE PA will cause PA to swing for Kerry. Down with Bush 2004!! There are also alot of raptors (birds) in that area as well along the Blue Mtn.”

“we'll prob just do dayhikes. my leg's in bad shape and there's no camping allowed in hawk mountain. i figure we can base camp on the AT (windsor furnace shelter) and then dayhike hawk mt. and the AT (the pinnacle, etc).”
