“Well, the trip is over for some, and just beginning for others. For all that are driving or flying to the house, please be careful. I've made it to Om's after a brief pitstop at the "Roadhouse". The shower felt wonderful and the clean clothes were quite a revelation, too!
I'm headed back to Texas with many fond memeories and crazy thoughts that this trip has produced.
I wish you all the best and can only say it was a life changing event meeting all you new Trail Talk folks and having the chance to catch-up with some of the old familiar Trail Talk faces.
It's great to be able to put faces/bodies with names...and that's all I'm gonna say!

I'll let the pics act as the bulk of my trip report. There's just too much too tell. I've never laughed so much on a trip in my life!
It rained the first night, but everyone was in their tents at that point. My tent leaked pretty bad, but no big deal, and everything dried out fine. Great weather overall, the cool temps made it very pleasant. The neat thing about the Ocala NF is the different ecosystems you encounter.. pine forests, islands of live oak, cypress swamps, prairies, ect.. Makies it a neat place to hike.
Highlights:
Yam's sense of humor is just as lowbrow as mine, and it was a blast hanging out with her. Definitely one cool chick.
Gojo and Humanpackmule have a wit sharper than a ninja's sword, you two are hilarious.
