“I was fortunate enough to attend Kerry & Edwards rally today in Cleveland. I was about ten feet away, and had a nice view of Vanessa Kerry, man that chick is HOT! Anyway, besides the four (4) Kerry protestors (Cheney had around 2,000 protestors last week), it went just fine. After the rally, a bunch of us went out to eat, and truned on FoxNews. I saw Mr. Fair & Balanced himself, Carl Cameron at the event, and then as he did his live report after it was over. One of this stellar reporter's few sound bites was of Kerry jokingly saying that he and Edwards had better hair. He told the joke to inject some humor in the speech, but ole' Carl played the bit, then rolled his eyes. FoxNews is really a complete joke, and should be sued for using the term "Fair and Balanced".

John Glenn also spoke at the event, and he's looking as spry as ever. He gave an excellent speech, and is truely one of America's finest citizens.”

Bush to Reagan = Voodoo Ecomonics.

Everyone should concider the sources of which their inforamtion came from. To not look at the other side and many sources to confirm the facts, is to keep uninformed and rely on "misinformation", to give ya another Reaganism. To try and spin this situation as another "Kerry flip flop", is just plain wrong. They all do it, Bush included. Just because you don't like Kerry and that's your choice, does not mean that it's proper to drap the flag around G.W. HIS flip flops have cost more lives than all of Kerry's, times 10.

Accept it and move on.

Just by the shear fact that the Repubs have had control of both Congress and teh White House, and we sit hear still without a budget gfoes to show that they need to be broke up again. The Repubs should be in gravy right now, but have shot themselves in the foot.

“BB - I really don't agree. I think that he is very informed; however, he is motivated by his feelings against Kerry, which is fine. He votes for Bush for some of the same feelings you and I will vote against Bush. I don't want to ignore him at all, really. To do so would to become what I dislike: a hyprocrite.

We all have the right to express our opinions here, I just feel that past points are forgotten and we keep traveling the same road and getting nothing new done. Maybe it could be that fact that this election process this time around is very passionate, for one, and second, we've all been here for many, many months disscussing these issues, with very few people changeing their opinions. I, for one, have and I know that you have also, but I feel that these changes are the minority. The goot thing is that we can still get together and melt some 40's and have a goot chuckle, at least I hope that's the case. I've seen too many friendships severed over little things to know that it's not worth getting worked up over. Yep, I'll lash out with the best of them, but in the end (and after I give a few kicks in the ass!), I would have no problem hiking with most of the people with which I disagree with, save a choice three (but, after that Alaska BS, were a few of my friends took heat because of the "private trip" issue, that list just might grow by a couple).

I feel that THIS is one of the many tings still left in this country that we can all hang our hats on: The freedom to express ourselves. We should never poo poo it.


BTW - I got rid of the camper by donating it to the Vollenteers of America. I hope they put it to good use.
