“Cast Of 'Bush II' Get Ready For Fifth Season

The cast and crew of "Bush II," America's favorite sitcom about a bumbling, inexperienced president who gets the United States into a whole bunch of mischief, say they plan to be back for a fifth season next fall.

In spite of the show's overwhelming popularity, however, executive producer James Baker is expected to make some cast changes.

Most entertainment insiders believe Baker, who saw his previous show "Bush I" cancelled after only four seasons, will likely find a replacement for the role of Colin Powell, the secretary of state who has misgivings over the nation's foreign policy. Actor Rush Limbaugh is thought to be a leading contender for the part.

Baker is also expected to eliminate the parts of the labor, education and environment secretaries -- roles which have failed to receive any airtime in the first four seasons as it is.

For his part, Baker would not give away many details about what will happen next season, except to say: "Get ready for some really funny scenes involving Don Rumsfeld and the Norwegians."

Sources say Baker is planning a spectacular finale to the fourth season, which may include the capture of another bearded arch villain and the invasion of Luxembourg.”
