What's In Texas?
I'll be going to Texas in May. Is there anything worth hiking? Will be close to San Antonio. A Place Called Corrizo Springs. Have a good recipe for rattle snake soup?

Big Bend
would be much closer than the Guadalupes, there are several nice state parks close to San Antonio.

Best song ever!!
I am the lineman for the county and I drive the main road
Searching in the sun for another overload
I hear you singing in the wires I can hear you through the whine
And the Wichita lineman is still on the line
I know I need a small vacation but it don't look like rain
And if it snows that stretch down soundphone never stand this rain
And I need you more than want you and I'll want you for all time
And the Wichita lineman is still on the line
[ guitar ]
And I need you more than want you...

Nigal - Wichita is in Kansas, not Texas. ;-)

But I agree, one of the best songs written by Jimmy Webb.

Nigal, Stovestomper;

There is a "Wichita" in Texas - Wichita Falls. About 100 miles NW of DFW. The WF university is know for producing great baseball players. And I'll bet there are a few linemen in town, too!

THANKS
Thank you all for the Infro. I'll check out some of those suggestions. If anyone would like to know, I had a great time in Hawaii. Treking around there was rough on me though. After one day of climbing, my legs ached for two. The water was beauitful, even saw a baby dolphin!

I don’t know about Texas. I heard there was a lot of crime down there. There’s one story about a couple (Billy Joe and Bobbie Sue) who were sittin round the house getting high and watching tube. They ran into a big hassle down in El Paso. Seems that Billy Joe shot a man while robbing his castle and Bobby Sue took the money and ran. But as it turns out a detective named Billy Mack knew exactly what the fact were and wasn’t going to let those two escape justice. But in the end Billy Joe caught up with Bobby Sue and they headed south and they’re still runnin’ today.

That's where Enrons' stock value went.
