Computer resurrection

“Finally! My home computer has been down for more than a week. I finally got a new hard drive duped from a two-year-old backup and installed tonight.

Fortunately, the old drive was still readable, although it has a bad sector on it, so I was able to restore most of the files I wanted to.

Nice to be able to surf again at a blazing 48Kbps...lol...”
