Many of you sent e-mails requesting an explanation as to why Prosecutor was banned from our forums. We read them and agree that explanation is in order.

First, please know that bp2go did NOT ban him. Rodale Inc. is responsible for banning him and this decision came after we sought advice from our legal council. The biggest reason we banned Prosecutor is because of the threats he was making to our moderator bp2go and Rodale. While Rodale respects freedom of speech and the right to express oneself, making threats, like the ones made to the moderator and Rodale, will not be tolerated.

Our forums are available to our readers because we want you to have a place to state your opinions. We do moderate them and at times remove things that are vulgar or inappropriate, but the rest of the time expression is encouraged and often creates some great discussion among readers. Rodale appreciates your concern and hopes that you will continue to visit our forums and continue to conduct yourself in a manner that is appropriate to fellow readers, our staff and the company as a whole.”
