I uploaded 2 albums tonight to Webshots, but the darn things haven't shown up yet, and it's been an hour. Hmmmmmm.....

I made 2 albums, one for the FB2 gig, and one for the Fiery Gizzard hike. Also, there are pics at the end of the FG album that include the Old Stone Fort SP hike and some Nashville pics.

In Windows Media Player 9, you can adjust the brightness by selecting View, Enhancements, Video Setting and then adjust the Brightness bar. I could only see some outlines before I adjusted the brightness.

Notice that Yam first shows the vertical perspective and then the horizontal while Embear displays only the vertical perspective.”

“OK, from the second page, it sorta seems like my Norton is keeping me from downloading the correct codec. Unfortunately , the IT people here have got the Norton set up so that you can't disable it. I will have to look at some other player.”

“hmm...could be. I did a search of my hard drive for codec and it only came up with 16 valid items, 15 files and one directory. We could probably clear this up quickly with a phone call. Send an e-mail with your number to the address in my profile and let me know when it's sent on this thread. I'll go access my home e-mail and then give you a call and we'll compare what's in my directories vs. what you have. The avi works in my Windows Media Player without the error. I have the camera software FinePix installed on this computer.”
