Nuts on the AT

Anyway, a couple of nuts are going to try and hike the entire Shenandoah section of the AT in one day.

“I didn't read the trail forums post... but I don't see anything wrong with doing a death march. But if 2poops stats are right, that is a bit much. Still, it's fun to push yourself, in the name of athleticsm. I like to do it every now and then (eg the Adirondack Buttkicker trips), which is not to say I don't appreciate normal treks where I have more time to take in the scenery, observe wildlife, and all that good stuff.”

I hope they've got someone willing to pick them up at a road crossing.”
