I can do it standing on my roof. I don't need to climb the tree. The tree is only a foot from my roof edge, but I'm not getting anywhere close to the edge.

I do have to get it off my roof before it rubs my shingles off.

I have to use the extension ladder to get up onto my roof.

“My house has at least a 35' drop from the upper roof. I've never been up there and I don't ever plan on being up there. I'll clean the gutters on the roof part over the porches but anything higher than that and my buddy Larry gets the call.”

“Turns out it was two branches.
Didn't have any problems, other than the heat, cutting them up.

Roof is clear now.
